We ensure optimal placing of sensors with a pre-installation survey and comprehensive monitoring of the system during the installation work. When the counting system is installed, our customer support team, responsible for ensuring that all Quantaflow products function correctly, will maintain the sensors and get involved, on site if necessary, should any anomaly be detected.
The design and account management department, in daily contact with our customers, ensure the quality of the data and provide you with the analyses of the counting data according to your requirements.
